Accreditation
Accreditation refers to any type of certification that a school/institution awards a certain person for that person's ability or performance in a given field. This helps your organisation recognise important information regarding a particular contact/organisation.

     
Advanced Find
The Advanced Find functionality is useful for searching for a particular set of information based on a given set of criteria. This helps eliminate searching for specific information manually therfore reducing valuable time being wasted.
     
Organisations
Aside from individuals, you also have the ability to add Organisations as your Contacts in the Vital-DB system. Adding an organisation as a Contact record is the same way as adding an individual's Contact details into the system.
     
Create a New Contact
One of the first things a user will have to do on the system is to create contact or organisation records. Every other entity within the system starts from the Contact record and in this presentation we will show you how to work with Contacts.
     
Quick Campaigns
You can use Quick Campaigns to communicate with an ad hoc list of contacts. This is particularly useful when you want to distribute a single activity automatically.
     
Roles
Roles specify what kind of relationship a Contact has with an Organisation. The Role functionality helps an organisation create specific interactions with Contacts depending on the role they play in our Organisation.
     
Invoice
Invoices not only apply to orders that have been billed to a Contact or for items purchased from you, but also applies to donations done online as well as through your office and membership renewals.
     
Regular Payments
Regular Payment records are created when a Contact wishes to set up either a monthly donation or membership renewal. This eliminates the hassle of having to call up the organisation every time a contact wishes to donate monthly or pay for membership.
     
Preferred Method of Communication
Setting up a Contact's preferred method of communication enables us to better serve them. This minimises complaints of, for example, emails thought of as spam or phone calls that are regarded as sales calls. By recording how a Contact wants to receive communication from you helps you plan how to market your goods or services accordingly.
     
Sending a One Off E-mail
Sending a one off e-mail to a particular contact or account is as easy as pie with Vital-DB CRM. We give you 2 ways to do this -- directly from the Contacts View or from the Contact record itself.
     
Create an E-mail Template
E-mail templates help make administration tasks easier for your staff by having ready made and customisable e-mail templates to send off to Contacts or Organisations.
     

Business Category Management

Now, supporters are able to make not only the standard type of donation online (such as regular and ad hoc donations) but also make a donation anonymously. The beauty of this is that anonymous donations still get tracked and recorded on the Vital-DB system.

Event Packages
Event Packages are sub-activities you can include within a major event or campaign. Examples would be city tours or dinners within out of town major events. This presentation shows how convenient and easy it is for registered members/users of your organisation to book for events through your website. A complete list of all your present and upcoming Events are displayed along with complete details (such as venue, pricing, description of Event).
      Cancellation of Booking
